QualiClean Ltd is an Auckland based Commercial Cleaning Company that specialises in the cleaning of Medical Practices, Health Care, Kindergartens, Commercial sites and Domestic Cleaning. After working in the Commercial and Health Care environment we realised that there was a gap in the market for “Quality Commercial Cleaners” that provide outstanding quality assurance and workmanship.

We found that large cleaning companies take you on a roller coaster ride when it comes to quality assurance as supervision is often in short supply. Cleaning supervisors often change roles and they are often spread too thin between all their sites. This leaves them little or no time to spend with the cleaners. This in turn means that the quality of training and cleaning suffers in the long run. only after the customer starts complaining about the service and quality, will these companies “crises manage” the contract to try and win favour with the client.

With each Cleaning contract QualiClean is intimately involved in the day to day management of the cleaners and the relationship with the customer. This promotes effective communication and all issues are addressed immediately. Quality Assurance Audits are done on agreed upon bases and all cleaners follow a strict cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are clean, safe and tidy.

QualiClean follows a proven system of cleaning that ensures a clean and hygienic environment which limits the spread of infectious disease and prevents cross contamination between different areas.
